Mill Creek Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an 80-bed comprehensive skilled nursing facility that offers short- and long-term care and specializes in rehabilitation treatment therapies. Short-Term Care

The short-term-care services we offer include physical therapy, speech therapy and medical management and monitoring. The goal of the short-term care we offer is to help you or your loved one regain independence and return home safely and efficiently.

Long-Term Care

We provide ongoing medical care and assistance with daily necessary activities for our long-term residents. These include bathing, dressing and eating for individuals who require assistance and support with these activities. Additionally, long-term residents can benefit from close medical supervision and ongoing support as their needs change.

Orthopedic Rehab

The goal of the orthopedic rehabilitation therapies we offer is to help patients regain their independence and functionality following an injury or surgery. This type of rehab involves physical therapy and other techniques, such as exercises and stretches, to help the musculoskeletal system recover properly and are provided by trained physical therapy specialists at our facility.

Respite Care

Assisted Living
